The API section under Integrations enables Zeroplat applications to communicate with external systems and services through standard APIs. This integration layer makes it possible to extend applications beyond internal resources, allowing seamless interaction with third-party platforms.

Key Features

  • Flexible Integrations: Connect to any external system that provides API access.
  • Multiple Protocols: Support for REST-based APIs, email (SMTP), spreadsheets (Google Sheets), and messaging (Twilio SMS).
  • Dynamic Configuration: Define API endpoints, authentication, and parameters directly from the interface.
  • Reusable Resources: Once configured, APIs can be reused across multiple workflows, pages, and tenants.

Available Integrations

  • Rest API – Connect to any RESTful service by defining endpoints, headers, authentication, and request methods.
  • SMTP – Configure outgoing email services to send notifications, approvals, or workflow updates.
  • Google Sheets – Integrate with Google Sheets for reading, writing, and syncing spreadsheet data.
  • Twilio SMS – Send and receive SMS messages via Twilio, enabling communication and alerts directly from workflows.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Integrations > API.
  2. Select the type of API integration you want to configure (e.g., Rest API, SMTP).
  3. Provide connection details such as endpoint URL, credentials, or API keys.
  4. Save the configuration and test connectivity.
  5. Use the configured API within workflows, forms, or automated processes in Zeroplat.

By centralizing API management, Zeroplat allows applications to become more connected, flexible, and automation-ready, while minimizing coding effort.
